One on One Fundamentals
CrossFit 101 is one on one training with a coach specifically for those with little or no CrossFit experience. You will work with a coach to walk you through movements you are unfamiliar with and help you to feel more comfortable with the class format.
Features: 3 – 60 minute sessions scheduled at your convenience
May be done in conjunction with your free trial or at any time before or during your membership.

Little Ninjas/Teen Varsity Conditioning
Strength, Conditioning, Friends and Fun ages 4-17
(1) 30- Minute Private Personal training Session – $40
(10) 30 – Minute Private Personal training Session – $380
(1) 60 – Minute Private Personal training Session – $60
(10) 60 -Minute Private Personal training Session-$570
20 minutes with a coach for focused skill work.
Rusty Bolts & Coffee
Join us for this special program run by Coach Kathy, RN. and CrossFit Level 2 coach for those needing to start slowly. This is a great way to maintain or regain mobility and strength as well as finding a community of like minded seniors.
Olympic Weightlifting for all ages
For those who want to compete or those just looking to improve their lifting technique. Coached sessions are Tues/Thurs 6:30pm although lifters are welcome to work at other times as well. Programming varies from 2-6 days a week depending on individual goals.
