How often do you recommend I come to the gym?


If you’re just getting into a new habit of working out we suggest a goal of 3 times per week.  As you become accustomed to that you can increase to 5 or 6 days a week.  It’s important to have goals and accountability, but also realize life happens.  Listen to your body and adjust as needed instead of giving up.  One day, one workout at a time!
