Hi I’m Katie! I started my CrossFit journey in 2013 as a way to stay in shape after ending my collegiate softball career to persue my dreams of being a doctor! I am still chasing those dreams and I feel like I’ll be in school until I’m 60 but hey, that’s okay, science and medicine are awesome!
Aside from science, my other passion is nutrition. I love finding the right balance of nutrients to fuel my body through a workout. I also love to work with members in the gym to help them build sustainable nutrition habits and improve overall health.
