Our very own Energizer bunny... never stops!

How did you get started in CrossFit? There was a groupon for a month of crossfit at a local gym in San Antonio. I love a good deal, so me and my friend tried it out and I stuck with it.

What motivates you to keep going? I keep doing crossfit because of the community and it is always challenging.

Favorite and least favorite movements? My favorite movements are burpees and running. I much rather run than sit on a rower. My least favorite movements are rowing, OHS, T2B, and snatches. I also dislike HSPUs.

Greatest CrossFit Accomplishment? My biggest crossfit accomplishment is showing up to class on time. Actually, I’d say my biggest accomplishment is getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Sometimes I don’t need Fallon to tell me what weights to use.

Favorite thing about AKP? The coaches at AKP continuously challenge/push us to move outside our comfort zone. They provide the tools we need to do that, and that’s what I love about AKP.

Something interesting you’d like to share? I hiked the Patagonia mountains.
